The MVP Card Terms and Conditions

1. This MVP Card ("Card") may be used towards the purchase of food at any Malone’s bar or restaurant. This Card is not redeemable or refundable for cash nor is it a debit or credit card.
2. By using this Card, the Customer is deemed to have received notice of and to have agreed to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Cambie Malone’s Corporation reserves the right to change or amend this agreement in whole or in part at any time by posting such changes or amendments on this web page.
3. This card entitles its Holder/Recipient and up to one (1) guest per visit, a twenty percent (20%) discount off all food purchased at a Malone’s establishment. This discount is applied on regular menu items only, before taxes are taken into account, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.
4. If this Card is lost, destroyed, misplaced or stolen, it will not be replaced. If this Card is not functional, a new Card will be issued.
5. The MVP Cards are the property of The Cambie Malone’s Corporation and shall be returned upon request, The Cambie Malone’s Corporation will not accept this Card if it has been obtained by fraud or theft and reserves the right to cancel the Card. This card is non-transferrable.
6. These terms and conditions will govern the use of the Card by the Holder/Recipient and all subsequent known or unknown recipients or holders of the Card.
7. These terms and conditions and their application and interpretation will be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and are subject to change without notice.
8. Ensure that you are familiar with the terms and conditions of the sale purchased with this card.
